At Marriage Life Matrimony, all purchases of premium membership plans and add-on services are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used billing periods or for accidental purchases. Please review the plan features carefully before making a payment.
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid amounts. Your premium benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to a free membership tier.
If your account is terminated or suspended by Marriage Life due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund of any unused portion of your premium membership fees.
If you believe you have been billed in error or multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical glitch, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction at billing@marriagelife.com with proof of payment. Valid claims will be investigated and addressed accordingly.
